A maximum amount of support which depends on the number of applications and the meeting budget is determined by the organizing committee. Participants whose transportation support application has accepted can get this support for only one ticket which is not exceeding the maximum amount. Ticket fees that exceed the maximjum amount are met as much as the maximum support amount.
It is not a rigid criterion, generally speeches about mathematics or any related topics are accepted. It does not have to be an original context, but it takes precedence over non-standard topics.
